shipping and returns

Shipping

We currently ship primarily via USPS and are always looking out for the best, least cost shipping options for our customers.

We strive to ship or orders within 3-4 business days for a flat $5.00 shipping fee.  Free shipping is only available within the continental U. S.

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at nortstarsoapworks@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Candles and soaps should be stored in a cool dry place.  Open packages immediately to avoid damage to the products.

Slight changes in color and small imperfections are perfectly normal and will not affect the performance.  That is the joy of handmade products.
